1. Login:

   Sign up on our website or mobile app with your child's information. Download the app for iPhone or Android.

 

2. Meal Selection:

   Choose meals from the menu and explore available add-ons and options.

 

3. Delivery:

   Meals are prepared fresh and delivered directly to your location on select days.

 Ordering Period: 

   Monthly menu options are available. Please order weekly or at least 30 hours before the 8 AM cut-off time to access the full range of options.

 

   Lunch Contents:

   Each entrée includes 2 healthy side dishes and comes with silverware, napkins, condiments, and the listed dipping sauces.

 

    Menu Modifications:

   Special requests are not accepted to ensure timely service for all students.

 

    Pre-Order Limit:

   Menus are regularly updated with new recipes and options.

 

    Order Frequency:

   Order based on your preference, either daily or weekly.

 

   Last-Minute Options:

Forgot to pack your lunch? You can place an order up to 8 AM on the same day.

 

    Sick Child Policy:

  To cancel your order, please email admin@huglorenvip.com

To receive a credit for a meal, please ensure that you cancel any order by 8 AM.

 

    School Code:

   Obtain the code from your school or email us at admin@huglorenvip.com with your child's school name.
