Refund & Credit Policy
Client satisfaction is a cornerstone of Hugloren VIP. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. At our discretion, we may provide one or more of the following resolutions:
- Account credit toward a future order
- Replacement meals at no additional charge
- Partial or full refund based on the nature of the issue
- Other reasonable remedies as determined by our team
Photographic documentation may be required to evaluate quality concerns. Refunds are not issued for personal taste preferences. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once the 48-hour cutoff has passed, your order enters active production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstance.

Subscription Services
Customers enrolled in recurring meal plans expressly authorize Hugloren VIP to automatically process recurring charges according to the selected subscription schedule. Subscriptions remain active and will continue to be billed until the customer submits a cancellation request in accordance with Section 19.

Subscription Billing
Recurring subscription fees are billed automatically using the payment method on file. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information. Failed payments may result in delayed or canceled deliveries. Hugloren VIP is not liable for service interruptions resulting from expired, declined, or invalid payment methods.

Subscription Cancellation
Requests to change, pause, skip, or cancel a subscription must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing or delivery date. Requests received after this cutoff will be applied to the following billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hugloren VIP Creative Cuisine, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Website or the purchase of our products.
In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Both parties expressly waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings of any kind.
